This coffee tree package helps poor families in Tanzania to build a sustainable livelihood. As soon as the coffee trees are large enough, they produce fruits (coffee beans) that can be harvested and sold on a regular basis. Basic supplies of food and water can be secured from the proceeds and the whole family escapes poverty and hunger. In the long term, children can go to school and learn for their own lives.
